Submitting an application via this website does not automatically guarantee acceptance into our agency program.
2. Creator Applications & Submissions
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying for our services (channel URLs, contact details, social media links).
- Intellectual Property: By submitting your channel details and logos for a free preview store build, you confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights to any trademarks, logos, or visual assets you provide.
- Free Preview: Our initial design build and store preview are provided 100% free with zero obligation to launch.
3. Partnership Agreements
Official partnership terms—including profit split (50/50 net profit), payment terms, payout schedules, and brand licensing—are governed by a separate written Creator Agreement provided and executed upon approval of your preview store.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website (text, layout, branding, original graphics, and website code) is the property of Merchstock and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute agency assets without explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Merchstock shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or delays in application processing.
